Welcome to Stage 2: The Case Challenge

This stage is a crucial step where we evaluate how you approach real estate — with structure, insight, and creativity. You’ll choose one of the three cases attached to the email you received and submit the solution in the form of a short presentation.

Instructions

- Pick and download one case that fits your interest or strength (quantitative or qualitative).

- Solve it creatively and clearly. Think beyond the obvious. Surprise us.

- Submit a brief presentation (PDF or PPT) with your solution.

Note: If you reach the final interview stage, you’ll briefly present your case to us — so make sure you understand what you’re submitting.
