Welcome to the REA Rotterdam–Delft Application

Real Estate Association (REA) Rotterdam-Delft is part of the first international network uniting the most ambitious students across the built environment — from real estate and finance to architecture, engineering, and urban development.

Joining REA Rotterdam–Delft means becoming part of a select team of 10 members representing two of Europe’s leading universities: Erasmus University Rotterdam and TU Delft. Each chapter connects students directly with the local industry and the global ecosystem of firms and like-minded peers.

What to expect as an Active Member

As part of the team, you will join an environment where every member is expected to contribute equally, and actively. REA doesn't work hierarchal, or passive — it is a commitment to shaping events, driving projects, and representing the association at the highest level.

You will engage in exclusive event formats, project work with leading companies, and international collaborations with other REA chapters across Europe and beyond. At the same time, you will help strengthen and grow the Rotterdam–Delft chapter itself, ensuring its long-term impact. This high level of involvement is why our selection process is highly competitive, and why being admitted to REA signals excellence, dedication, and leadership potential.

- Please complete all sections carefully and upload your CV in PDF format. - You will receive all updates and invitations via the email address you provide in this form. - The entire application process typically lasts 3–4 weeks, depending on the number of applicants. - Selected applicants will be invited to a case round, followed by final interviews. - Applications without a CV or incomplete responses will not be considered.
