Help build REA’s global mentorship program from the ground up.
- Help recruit mentors across firms, markets and functions.
- Design how members and mentors are matched.
- Coordinate the application and onboarding process.
- Work with the platform and technology team as the program scales.
- Coordinate with Regional Directors and local teams.
- Track participation and continuously improve the experience.
