Support REA’s legal and governance development in the United States.
- Research relevant US legal and organizational structures.
- Support governance policies and internal frameworks.
- Help review and develop agreements, policies and documentation.
- Support the structure of future US activities and entities.
- Coordinate with external lawyers where professional advice is required.
You should have a strong interest or background in law and be based in the US. This is a strategy and governance role; external counsel will continue to provide formal legal advice where required.
