REA Beijing

The first real estate club in Beijing, part of the largest talent network of the industry, focused on high-impact, recruitment-relevant and cross-border formats.

Context REA started as a local real estate club in Rotterdam and scaled within a year into a global network spanning 55 cities and 130+ leading universities. Our cross-university teams consist of 10-15 selected members. We run local and cross-border programs with industry partners and build a long-term platform of students, alumni, and professionals in real estate.

REA is building the largest, most effective early-talent recruitment pipeline in real estate by connecting top students with firms through structured, high-trust formats around the world.

We run selective, recruitment-focused formats such as company visits, field trips, and case challenges with leading firms.

2) Global formats (cross-border)

Chapter exchanges & trips: cross-border visits with partners and other REA chapters
